NSTS - English Language Institute (ELI) was founded in 1963 and was the first English Language school to operate in Malta. NSTS ELI adopts a policy of quality education and customer care that is internationally known and recognized. With over 45 years of experience, highly qualified teachers and friendly environment, NSTS ELI promises a first-class standard of education. Our Institute is accredited by: the University of Malta Institute of Linguistics, University of Cambridge CELTA training, University of Hartfordshire Business School and other internationally recognized organizations such as International Standards Organisation (ISO) and FELTOM - The Federation of English Language Teaching Organisations in Malta.

The founder of FELTOM
NSTS founded the Federation of English Language Teaching Organisations
(FELTOM) in 1989 to promote quality standards of English Language Education in Malta. It provided the codes of conduct for good practices, led it over the years into becoming internationally recognised as the quality standard organization for all the English Language Schools in Malta. Today FELTOM works closely with the Ministry of Education and Ministry of Tourism of Malta to enact legislation specific to English Language Teaching (ELT).
